NBR: Help me please!

in Pregnant after a Loss
So I have a bridal shower tomorrow and have no idea what to wear. I want to avoid buying anything new that I might only wear once but at the same time I feel like I have nothing appropriate! Any ideas? I've never been to a bridal shower before so I'm really lost! It's supposed to be highs in the mid 60s lows mid 40s. I believe the shower is indoors but I have no clue!

    If it's just a shower you can probably go pretty relaxed unless you're positive it's a dressy event. All the showers I've been to are like jeans and a nice top or sweater event. Honestly I say wear whatever you're going to be comfortable in!

    I usually wear dresses to showers, but a pair of dress pants and a nice top would be an alternative. Do you have any friends going? You can call and ask what they are wearing.

    Thanks ladies. It's semi formal and luckily not super cold so I'm okay in the dress. It is maternity cause the other one I tried made me look fat not pregnant. Can I please get out of this awkward bump stage! Lol

    This is happening today, so I hope you found something! In your shoes I would go to Target, as they tend to have a lot of maternity dresses. If you're not quite as formal as everyone else, I would imagine they'll forgive you because of the pregnancy (is that just wishful thinking?).
