@agpjt413 I kind of did the same thing. For a week after my D&C I just stayed in my house in a heap on my couch. Going back to work the next week was really difficult, and I'd been on some of the other boards on this site, and luckily stumbled upon TTCAL. I lurked here for a few days before I jumped in. I just really craved the support I knew I could find from people who really knew what I was going through, even if they didn't know me irl. I'm sorry that you find yourself here, but I'm glad you're here with us. I look forward to getting to know you better.

AFM, I was doing fine today too, or so I thought. Then one of my friends messaged me on fb, and asked how I was doing today. She's a no BS type of person, so instead of my usual "good" answer, I laid everything out for her, and then proceeded to totally have a breakdown at work. She did actually make me feel better, and told me stuff I definitely needed to hear. I was just hanging on to so much, and trying to carry everything by myself and put my happy face on so no one knew I was having a hard time. So, yeah, a hug post seemed totally appropriate to me. Plus that monkey gif is so ADORABLE!!!
