Don't know how to say this.
I had Baby A at home this morning. I'm at the hospital now. We'll have one more u/s on Baby B and then we'll know our next steps. Please send me and Landy any thoughts and prayers you got. We sure need them.

No heartbeat. Just talked with the OB who took me on (I went to the hospital near my home, not to my MFM/OB in downtown Houston) Starting misoprostol (sp?) soon and I chose to do the morphine drip over the epidural.
Just does not compute. Thanks for the thoughts and prayers. They are certainly appreciated.

Hey ladies. Thanks for the continued t&ps. Still in the hospital.
As of late Thursday, the placentas would not pass. We tried Pitocin, but got nothing. He tried manually and ouch but no. Headed to the OR for a d&c and could not reach the placenta - too high up. Also found that my cervix was almost completely detached. Did cytotec overnight, again to no avail. On Friday morning after 3 doses and no contracting of the ute, headed to surgery for a laparotomy to remove retained placenta and to reattach cervix. Also had to sign off for possible hysterectomy and any other medically required interventions. (He was afraid that the placenta had grown attached to the ute because of scar tissue from my previous d&cs)
Thank goodness a hysterectomy was not necessary. Hopefully I'm on the mend and get to eat some food today. (I finally got a little broth last night) what a few days it's been. Thanks so much for thinking of me and my family.
