Cramps.....is AF going to show her ugly face AGAIN!?

I ladies....I really need some reassurance on my situation.  Quick history...3 failed IUI's and 2 Failed IVF's.  

I am with a new Dr. now and we have done thing differently.  I was able to produce the best embryos I have even done!  We transferred 2 high graded embies on Sat 11/1. So that makes me 6dp3dt.  

Since Monday...I have been feeling mild cramping. Like AF is on her way.  I also got leg/arm pain (this always comes for me pre-AF)  I was so freaked out I called my Dr and they told me to come in for blood work just to check on my estrogen and progesterone levels.  Well the next day the blood work came back "excellent"  My estrogen was over 1000 and my progesterone was over 60.  So the meds are working to provide the best home for my embies.  

I am still getting mild AF like cramps...I just want to know if anyone else had consistent mild cramps from a few days past transfer onward and got a BFP...

I had the same thing happen for my first cycle, AF cramps a few days after and continued and even spotting for 5 days, but I had a beautiful baby from it.
I am in the midst of the 2ww on my second cycle and have on off cramps for a few days now, oddly enough it is giving me comfort because that is what happened last time.

My cramping was so awful through 1st tri, I actually got concerned when I didn't feel like AF was on her way!

FX it's a good sign!
