Welcome to the TTFAS AL check-in. This check-in is for TTCAL-ers with living children to talk about the issues about TTCAL while you have a living child. Living children and pictures of living children are welcome here, however if your pictured child is an infant (< a year old), please do place a warning at the beginning of your post to alert ladies who are having a hard day.  Please remember to post an intro on the main board as we are all here to TTC a sibling!

AFM: I am at the end of my TWW and waiting for AF or to see if I need to test. My thyroid testing came back normal, which made my day yesterday. Other than that I am just mentally prepping for my Color Run next Saturday. Hoping I don't hurt myself since I haven't run!

QOTW: My happy song is usually a Carrie Underwood song. Usually "Flat on the Floor" or "Last Name". They always get me singing and put me back in a good mood.

Nothing to report on the TTCAL front except for a side note that I went on BC about 3 months ago now since we are waiting until after the new year to re-evaluate, and I totally forgot how huge-o my boobs get on BC! Haha.

Otherwise, still no news on the job front. I still don't know my manager or what my job is. I think I'm supposed to find out both tomorrow. I'm feeling a little better about it because I don't have much control, so just trying to accept it all.

@BethAndBen Sorry for CD 2. I understand how some cycles it does seem to sting more than others. 

@dani_brewer Sorry about that! I have you in my one list and never transferred you to the posting list. It'll be fixed for next week! I understand your unease with your DH acting out his teenage dreams. My DH was like that with my last TTA cycle and I got really worried.

Hi everyone. My HSG two weeks ago was normal which was great news. I'm 6DPO on my second Femara cycle and will probably test next Thursday, on my birthday. I'm fully expecting a negative so then I can drown in chocolate and alcohol.

QOTW: right now Taylor Swift's Shake It Off makes me really happy. I don't particularly like her music normally but it's a fun song and I can blare it in my car and sing at the top of my lungs. It's cathartic somehow.

Today is my day #3 and my RE f/u day (since we have done 3 unsuccessful IUIs).  I am hoping to do IUI #4.  We will find out in a few hours.

Lately, any good 80's song has cheered me up!

QOTW: I don't really have a 'happy' song, more like a 'happy' genre. Soca/Calypso music always does it for me.

Hi ladies! I had my D&C last Wednesday, which was good to get over with. My OB called on Monday this week and the tissue she had sent to path came back confirming that this was a complete molar pregnancy. I also had my first weekly HCG draw yesterday, which was 1318, so that's a good sign. Now, hopefully it continues to drop

QOTW: Happy by Pharell always puts me in a good mood when it comes on the radio.

@angie9661 mouse smell is the worst!  Sorry you are having to deal with it.

As for me, not much new since we are still on the bench.  We both have a pretty high sex drive so we've always just done EOD or ED sex when trying to get pregnant and I've never charted.  We are using condoms while on the bench and they suck!  But in good news we are off on vacation next week!  Can't wait!

QOTW: I don't have a specific happy song, but I love driving to the Beach Boys!

Hey ladies!

I'm at 8 DPO, will test Tuesday but not very hopeful this cycle. Our timing was good but meh, just not feeling it this month. We need to get our FET on the books. I don't know why but just not jazzed about it. Seems like a lot of money for very low odds. Just MEH all around today I guess. 

Lately we've been listening to Brittney Spears a lot. I know, I know. But it makes DS happy and he claps along so it makes us happy. But yeah if I hear If You Seek Amy one more time I might hurt someone.

Sending lots of hugs to those that need them this week.

We're two weeks out of our loss, and we still haven't received any results in terms of blood work or post mortem. Hoping to hear soon, especially the blood work so we can feel like we know where we are headed next. Limbo is just not my favorite. In the meantime we're doing lots on the house, painting, new carpet downstairs, shopping for furniture so that's definitely helped move days along.

QOTW: My happy song has been for a little while Danzar Kuduro, just cause it makes me want to dance, and I first heard it while I was pregnant with DS on a trip to the Dominican, pretty much 3 years ago exactly. I still listen to it on my Ipod every time I turn it on, and just love remembering how happy I was.
