I love how even the crappiest of days, a low of all lows, can be repaired when I pick my son up at daycare and he runs to me screaming "mommy, mommy, mommy!!" and gives me a big hug!!

I agree, although a close second is our morning cuddle time when DD lays on my chest and pats my back and says "Mommy" with a smile.  Melt .

this decaf life

DD likes to give totally random kisses, often while she's eating dinner she'll just make kiss lips to me. And I usually shout "food kiss" and give her one. It's the totally unprovoked kisses that just melt me.

Mine is right after bath.  I scoop her out and cover her with a towel and she clings to me like a tiny monkey.  We just snuggle and rock or sing.  She reminds me of little babyhood and it is so peaceful.
