Welcome. I'm so sorry for your loss. As for the acronyms there is a helpful list on the "Newbie Blog." You can find a link to it on the "Read This Before Posting Here" at the top of the board. If you haven't read it already you should. It contains tons of useful information. Take care of yourself. I hope you find the support and comfort you need here.

I'm sorry to hear of your loss. No matter how early we all know the feeling you are going through. Take time to heal. Emotionally I found it much harder to begin to move forward. Eventually the fear is outweighed by your desire to conceive again. Keep your head up and focus your time on healing.
I highly recommend temping and charting with fertility friend (FF) if you don't already. Sometimes after loss your cycles can be a bit out of whack. Its good to have a idea of what your body is doing before you try and conceive again. In the Newbie Blog at the top of the page you will find all kinds of great information and even a link to FF to get you started.
Best Wishes and Welcome to the board.

I'm so sorry for your loss; like other posters said, be kind to yourself. It's an emotional upheaval, and while it does get better in time, it will always leave a scar.

They told us to wait until I have a period, then try. Who knows when that will be. I'm still having the after effects of the mc, so the sooner those come to a stop the sooner I can get my period
True. I am still waiting on my first AF after loss, so I know what you mean. I hope your physical recovery is soon for the after effects of the mc to stop. Just know that the minimum you should wait is that rec of after first AF, but you can wait as long as you and DH need to.
