Anyone have any AWs, vents, or have anything random to say?

Aw: Today DD'S preschool class made small apple pies. My four year old is a pretty good baker. ; ) Her teachers really out did themselves this week with cute and fun activities.

Vent: I had someone friend me on FB this morning that I haven't seen or heard from in years, even though they live an hour away, and by noon they sent a donation request out to everyone. It really rubbed me the wrong way.

Random: DD is supposed to bring something that starts with N to show and tell this week. She picked her Wii nunchucks. Of all the things I was expecting her to put in her show and tell bag, those were not on my radar.

Vent: I have a sinus infection and feel like crap. I've only been sick 10 days. I know one should wait 2 weeks for a cold to run its course. The past few days my sinuses have gotten increasingly more painful. This morning I felt the worse I've felt since I first got sick. I said screw it and went to the doctor this morning. Kick in drugs, kick in....

Aw: DS did exceptionally well with waiting at the clinic with me. We went to the walk in and had to wait 40 min. I bribed him with the Kindle and he sat so nice and just played his games.

Vent: It snowed today. It wasn't quite cold enough to accumulate, but the fact that it did snow was depressing.

AW: I did pictures for a friend and she's had people asking who I am and if I'm professional. (I'm not)

Sinus infections suck! If I had one for 10 days I would have asked for antibiotics by day 5 or 6. I have horrible allergies. Did they give you any prescription decongestant?

I should rephrase that. I've had a cold for 10 days. It was in the past 3 days that I think it turned into a sinus infection. They gave me some antibiotics and told me to buy some Mucinex. I was also supposed to get a nasal rinse, but the pharmacy didn't have it. So I got some nasal saline instead. Tomorrow I'll pick up some Mucinex. I ran out of time (aka baby needed to eat) after the pharmacy run. And I forgot at the pharmacy to ask if they had any. Oh well. The nasal saline helps some.
