Quick update: Only one follicle matured.  YAY!  Working in the NICU, I wouldn't have triggered if we had more than two mature.  Hoping that one little follicle is enough.  

@Radiantly - I'm happy you can be with your grandmother during this time.

2. TTC #1 since June 2012, 2 losses
3. Hoping to start a clean, get back to acupuncture and work on egg quality
4. No idea where I'm at in my cycle (kind of nice)
5. Indifferent this cycle. I feel like after having two losses within 6 months, I really have to work on egg quality. Our testing came back yesterday and our baby boy had Trisomy 14. It broke my heart all over again.

QOTW: I love it all! But mashed potatoes, stuffing and green bean casserole are my faves!

@Davie813 I had about 2-3 weeks of really intense emotions after my loss.  There is definitely some hormone at play, but it is also just incredibly sad.  I'm thinking of you.

I'm not completely up on how IVF works (I'm above the BMI limit, so it's not an option for us), but what about ICSI or PGD?  I'm not sure the difference, but can't they test the embryos before transfer?  Geez, I'm sounding really dumb, aren't I?

@Heath&Jas ICSI is just injecting the sperm into the egg to fertilize.  PGD can detect genetic abnormalities but it is expensive and you have to have enough embryos make it to blast in order to test them.  Plus it is possible to damage the embryo when you take a cell to test it.
In short, it sounds good but has its downsides.

Thanks @tlc35.  Like I said, I'm not really up on that part of fertility treatments.  Of course it's really expensive.

thanks everyone for your shout outs! my grandma is hanging in there.  she is at peace but not at final rest yet.  having family time has turned out to be REALLY good. very healing. xo

1. Jessica  Southwestern Illinois 

2. Ttc #2 for 2 years

3.opk's this cycle. Also lost 20lbs to make it easier. (Overweight)

4. Cd 30- late 2-4 days. My cycle has run 24-26 days the last year. Periods have been super light until losing weight where t ey became normal again.

5. I don't  know what to expect from this cycle. Im late, cramping, tender breasts, headache, super tired, smelling EVERYTHING, and super scared that im going to test in the morning  and it will be a bfn again.
