This might be a little TMI, lost mucus plug and now having a stomach ache

Hi, I don't know what to do but I lost my mucus plug yesterday and ever since than I've been having some stomach aches, and idk if that's just a stomach ache or if I should be concerned that I'm going into labor since I'm almost 24 weeks. I know this might be a little tmi but I've called my doctor about ever little thing and I feel weird if this is just a false alarm you know?

    SA #1 Low motility (17%) 
    SA #2 Lower sperm count, but much higher motility
    CD 3 Bloodwork and ultrasound - Normal HSG - Clear tubes

    Graduated from RMA!!  First appt with OB 7/8/14

    I thought since it wasn't bloody I shouldn't worry you know? And I had a labor scare earlier this week so I didn't want it to be false alarm again

    Call your ob. They would rather you call 1000 times and have it be a false alarm than not call the one time you really needed to! I promise!

    I called my OB and they told me to go in and keep an eye on it since my stomach ache went away but I just ate something and I got a stomach ache! Is that a sign?!

    I am so sorry you are going through this stress but no one on here can give you medical advice... Call the doctor again and tell them!

    Me:36 DH:38 TTC#1 since 4/2012
    Me DX: Hashimotos,Hypothyroid, DOR, MTHFR,  DH: normal

     IUI #1-#4 BFNs and a few cancelled cycles in the mix.
    - poor responder
    ***Suprise BFP on 6/13/13. Natural MC @6wks 3days
    IVF#1 and 2- Cancelled due to no response on max stimms
    FET 5/20- BFP
    1st Beta- 641
    2nd beta- 2166
    Sono- TWINS!!!!
    Two Boys! Born January 2015 @36 weeks.  Healthy and no NICU!  So blessed!

    Call your doctor immediately!  You need to be monitored!

    D & L are here at 34 weeks 4 days by vaginal and breech delivery on 11/19/2013
    Two healthy boys weighing 4 lbs 15 ozs and 4 lbs 5 ozs.  Only 6 days in the NICU and getting bigger, stronger and cuter every day!

    Sorry for the late update! My doctor had me check into the hospital since I was just a big wreck! But babies are perfect and they sent me home with a clean bill of health :)
