Signature not working

I am not new to the bump but for months I have tried to get a ticker as my signature and nothing seems to work.I have no idea why. Can anyone help me out? what am I doing wrong?

I was having difficulties with this too and just found the answer.  

Look at the right side of the page, just below the brown header.  Click on the little silhouette of a man, then signature settings.  Then click on the red < > and paste the URL code for your signature.
