Trouble at 24w appt **UPDATE

I'm at my appt and DH couldn't come along. I went in the room and had a normal appt. The doctor couldn't find the heartbeat with the Doppler. Sometimes they can, sometimes it's like the baby runs away from it. So I wasn't concerned. They put me in for a quick ultrasound and the tech couldn't find a heartbeat. I literally felt him moving around as I waited in the waiting room for my original appt. He wasn't moving on the screen for the ultrasound. I am sitting here waiting until 2 for a more in depth ultrasound. Please keep us in your thoughts.
**Update** I anxiously waited 2pm came and went. They didn't get me in for the ultrasound until 345!! Little boy was bouncing around acting like nothing happened. Heartbeat was strong. I am so thankful everything is ok. I'm guessing the tech either didn't know what she was doing OR little bean was hiding really well. THANK YOU everyone for your positive thoughts and words of advice. They helped me through the long wait.
Sorry the update took a little. Mobile bumping sucks sometimes. Y'all are so awesome!

6/19- u/s showed heartbeats! Baby A 111 & Baby B 118, both measuring 6w1d

ME:46 MH:44 DE IVF 2014
Met with RE 4/11. 2 IUI's BFN. DE best option. Switched clinics to do "shared" program. Had to retake all tests and a mamm that put me behind and then on a DE waiting list for 12 months. Picked a donor!! (10/13/13) Got matched. Estimated transfer in December. After 2.5 years of patiently waiting I will finally cycle....can hardly believe it. DE cycle got cancelled. One of her tests came back positive. Waiting for another donor. Donor picked!! (1/18/14)
DE IVF #1 (4/26) BFN DE FET #1 (6/4) BFP! Beta 1=339 Beta 2=852 Beta 3=9957 EDD 2/22/15!!
