Looks like another miscarriage...

Hi all,

I had my first m/c back in April, 2014 and I was 6 weeks along. I just turned 35 this past weekend (Nov. 2) and found out a few days before my bday that I was pregnant again! But just got the results from my second blood test this morning and it looks like my hcg levels barely increased over 4 days (132 to 143). I'm at 5 weeks today. Doctor says it's not a viable pregnancy and wants me to get an ultrasound since I've had some intense cramping (but no bleeding at all). I also have PCOS so am feeling very defeated by this all, like I'm trying to accomplish the impossible. I did manage to get pregnant both times without any fertility drugs - have been researching natural ways to ovulate and I guess that's been working. But I just can't seem to hold on to the baby. So sad.
ME: 36 (PCOS), DH: excellent SA
NTNP since 11/12, actively trying since 8/14
m/c @ 7w (4/22/14), m/c @ 6w (11/19/14)
11/15: Letrozole, Ovidrel, TI = BFP!!!
Beta #1(14dpo)=349, Beta #2(18dpo)=2,805
12/17/15: Got to see the heartbeat (105bpm)!
1/25/16: NT scan = normal (HB=163bpm)
EDD: 8/10/16 
8/8/16: Baby boy born @ 12:25am, 8lbs, 20.5 inches
5/18/17: BFP!!! (11dpo)
Beta #1(12dpo)=176.4, Beta #2(15dpo)=607.1

    I'm so sorry you're going through this. 
    Son: Jackson, 11/02/06, stillborn due to PPROM and IUGR. Over the next ten years we had 9 miscarriages from 8-14 weeks. On May 18, 2016 my daughter, Ridley, was born. We're OADNBC.

    I am so sorry you find yourself going through this. I am in a smiliar situation, I just can't seem to hold on to a baby. *hugs*
    I am not sure how to say this without getting a "solicitation" warning so I guess I just say that I am not longer active on THIS site.

    I'm sorry for your loss
    Together since April 2004.  Married since June 19th, 2010.
     BFP #1: January 31st 2012: CP. 
     BFP #2: June 1st 2012, Due:2/8/13. Avery was born via unplanned c section on 2/13/13. 
     BFP #3: Sept. 25th, 2014. Due: 6/5/15.  MMC on 10/23/14. Confirmed complete molar pregnancy per D&C 10/29/14, 
    HCG officially negative 12/10/14.  Benched until June 2015.
