What is going on here. Woke up outta the blue with the worst back pain all on my left side not just lower but whole left side of my back. Ouchy.

Smashed a lil blanket in a ball n laid on it till the pain went away in about 30 mins. But what was that? Anyone? Ouchy.

Slept on it wrong? None of us will be able to really tell you why. If you're concerned I would call your doctor.
