FF Question

Curiosity question.

I've only been temping for 10 days and I am on cd 38. When I first started it would show Cd1 as the next day, now it shows it 2 days out. I know it's learning, but any idea why the change? I am on mobile so can't attach the chart but it started low for a day, spikes up for several days, dipped down for 1 and Now went back up. I'll attach it when I get back to a pc but thoughts?

Wait.. How on you on CD 38 if you've been temping for 10 days? You should start on CD 1 to get in sync with FF.
Are you temping everyday? Same (approx) time? You have to temp before getting out of bed or even moving much at all. If those aren't the case, I suppose being able to see your chart will help.

I started temping at cd 28 (prior to that was just tracking) just to get in the habit...figured I could at least look back and that maybe it would give me an idea. Fully expected that af would show in a day or 2...10 days later still no AF. It started telling me CD1 was the next day but at some point it moved it to 2 days out. Was wondering if it thinks since I spiked that was o ( and it could have been i guess) it was a curiosity thing. I am sure i am out this cycle. Business trips messed up our almost everyday bd plan. Yes to everyday and yes to the same time. Will post chart in the morning.

Had to type manually but I think that will work. I was on a trip a good part of the time so this was supposed to be informational for next cycle, if it ever actually starts (grrr), tried to take notes so I could see how certain things affect my temp.

I was looking at your chart and saw a lot of open circles, I'm assuming it's because of the notes becuase you said you took your temp the same time everyday.  Is this your first cycle after BC?  Sometimes those cycles can be crazy.  I'm also assuming the negatives are from pregnancy tests and not OPK.  I've only started FF on CD1 so I'm not sure what they do when you start at any other part of your cycle.  I think a clear shift would be 6 days of continuously high temps.  If they stay high it is possible that you barely ovulated on CD 35.  Its hard to say without OPK and CM data to help.  I would say just keep temping and HIO until your period comes.  If 60 days pass and you don't have a period and no positive pregnancy test, they recommend calling your doctor.  Sorry you are in such a limbo right now.

I didn't look at your chart after reading @Icwed 's information.  Just keep temping and follow pp's suggestions

Yeah, I was on a trip so time zone change could also be the open circles and all my notes. I'm ok with limbo and the rest. Like I said, just using the rest of this cycle to see the nuances of FF. Not expecting any real usable data until the next cycle.

Just thought it was odd that it moved Cd1 from the next day to 2 days out and was curious...thanks for looking anyway. I tried changing the last 2 days down a degree to see if it moved it back to the next day, that didn't work. So I'll just let it so it's thing until next cycle when it's "for real". Also won't have time zone change or wine nights. .. but I'm on synthroid and also don't sleep well sometimes so am anticipating some craziness so at least I'll have some notes and temps to compare those nights to.
