Bottle question

What's the rules when baby doesn't finish the whole bottle , after it was heated, do you dump it or dues it keep for awhile? If so do you leave it out or put it in the fridge?

I'll put it back in the fridge if he doesn't finish it.  I've offered it as late as first thing the next morning after an evening feed.  But again- depends on how much he drank, and I always smell it first.
