I was lying in bed this morning, thermometer under my
tongue, desperately having to pee and preparing myself for A) the temp drop and
AF once I got to the bathroom, just as it went last cycle. I’ve been trying to
remain hopeful, but I’m a “realist” at heart.
Imagine my surprise when my temp reading was 36.87. I basically sprinted to the bathroom, and ripped open a FRER (trying not to make too much wrapper noise and rouse BF suspicion).
I can’t bear watching the HPT develop, so I laid the box on top of the test and set the timer on my phone. Three minutes later, I take a deep breath and remove the box: BFP. HOLY SHIT.
I want to tell all of you what a huge difference you’ve made to my knowledge, patience, and general sanity over this last little while. I can’t say enough about how valuable your insights, support, help, and hugs have been. And I just know I’m kicking off another round of awesome BFPs from you ladies soon!
So! It’s early days yet, and I’m basically scared shitless. Happy Hallowe’en.

Thanks so much everyone! @URMySunshine77that is totally adorable! I am still reeling, in disbelief, loking over and over again at the HPT, feeling shaky and scared, and surreal (waiting to wake up).
I haven't told the BF yet. I want to do some sort of reveal. I was thinking of telling him at dinner tomorrow or Sunday (I suggested we go out somewhere), but I don't know if I'll be able to wait that long.

He was shocked I think, especially since I had told him two days earlier that I thought I was out. His eyes welled up with tears (that's big for him!) and he said "really?!" and then laughed a lot. And there was hugging and kissing.
