I just finished breakfast.   It may or may not have been a handful of mini reese peanut butter cups

I used all the hot water this morning knowing that H still had to shower, I was cold and he won't light the pellet stove so I had to get warm somehow.

I've been saving this confession for this thread because it sounds awful in my head: I CANNOT WAIT for the day I'm back on birth control, and not because that will mean we have a baby at home. I want my beautiful hair and trimmer waist back!! My out of control testosterone level is almost as difficult to deal with as being childless.

I just lost a report that I spent the entire morning building.  As such, I have decided I am done with today.  I will likely spend the rest of the day playing games on my phone and/or online.  TGIF.

My AF poops are always a nightmare, but the past couple days have been particularly bad. Wednesday at work the upstairs bathroom that I prefer to use was occupied, so I ran downstairs to the one that is attached to our break room/ kitchen. No one was in there (thank God) and when I came out I grabbed my lunch and popped it in the microwave.

A female coworker came down and started to go in the bathroom, then came out bitching to me that we need to have one of the bathrooms be the official "ladies room," because the "stupid men at the office are always stinking them up!" I nodded along very seriously while dying in my head because uhm.... That was me

I actually ended up being relieved that DH was too sick to BD last night because I got into a good book and didn't want to get my butt off the recliner until I couldn't keep my eyes open another moment...

I also neglected to ask about starting estradiol again this cycle, even though I just had a 6.7 lining on CD15, because it caused me a heavy period and made me feel inexplicably sad/depressed last cycle...the RE is going to look at my ultrasound before they decide which day I trigger, so I will leave it up to him to notice and/or decide if I need estradiol this cycle. (A couple other months the nurses never mentioned it, I had to ask and they agreed I needed it again.)

I swear I still want to get pregnant, I just sooo don't want to suffer any more for IF at the moment!!

We just finished the project from Hell yesterday and today I am so unmotivated to return to my regular duties and don't want to be productive at all.

I'm so happy I'm not the only one saying this! I mean, the fact that I have had nothing healthy today isn't helping trim my waist...or thighs...or butt but someday I will be skinny again and fit into that teeny tiny dress I pulled out of my closet the other day!

@firstarabesque It was Shakespeare's Tempest - can't believe I waited so long for this one, I think it's my favorite!

Also - I've done the same thing. It works well if I don't tell DH my plan, I just give him lots of loving *attention* and then let him know last minute, okay I'm so sore and not up to sex (now he's really disappointed) but if you want you can stick it in at the last minute (now he's really relieved!).

ETA: @rainbowbridge14 work it girl!! We all need that little bit of an ego boost sometimes Although I usually tell DH when stuff like that happens just to remind him how lucky he is

I've done the same @rainbowbridge14 everyone needs a little ego boost every now and again.

I'm not feeling really productive today at all. Took a 2 hour lunch break to get the last minute food and decorations for a friends birthday party we're having at my house. I really didn't want to go after work, just want to go home and relax tonight since tomorrow is going to be a busy day.

My other confession is that I can't wait until next week to find out what packages my insurance company has in store. Along with the details for Aflac Short term disability. (woot, woot) I have everything, fingers, toes, etc...crossed that it does cover it.  One of the drawbacks with working for the company is that they don't offer STD and no insurance company in the state of florida will provide STD that includes coverage for Maternity Leave.

Between all the fertility drugs I'm on, DH being out of town, my dogs being assholes, work pestering me on my weekend off, annoying pregnant people, and being unable to find any decent distractions while I mope at home alone all weekend, I'm in THEE worst mood and have decided: there is no way in hell I'm sitting on my porch to hand out candy tonight. It's freezing cold and windy here and I'm just not gonna do it. And I'm not even going to leave a bowl of candy on the step for anyone to serve themselves. I did that last year when I had to step out briefly and some shitheads took ALL the candy. Parents, take your rugrats somewhere else. No candy for anyone, because I'm bitchy today and I. DON'T. CARE. @lemonliz glad I'm not alone. I heard on the radio yesterday about someone who got a packet of onion soup mix while trick-or-treating. Maybe that will be my backup for any persistent ones. I have a box of expired onion soup mix around here somewhere...

My FFFC is my parents are coming to visit for the first time in 16 months & I keep hoping they change their minds. I tried like everything for them to wait til next weekend since harvest finished today & I'll be able to see DH for more than just an hour at lunch & an hour or so in the evenings plus I had a girls day planned tomorrow for the first time since I've lived here (6 years) that I had to bail on. I really want them to visit (and be reminded of the 12+ hr round trip that I drive 1x/month that they think is so damn easy) but just not this weekend. It was supposed to be mine. Guess I better go hide all my IF literature & OPKs & anything else so I don't have to answer a million questions & be put the guilt trip hell.

I was asked by our local elementary school to judge the Halloween costume again this year. I sucked it up & judged K- 6th grades today but I did buy me some chocolate to stuff down my feelings.

So...my best friend just started TTC.  I love her dearly and want her to have everything she wants....but I just found out that she got a UTI this month and sex was off the table, so she could not have gotten KU this month.
