Inducing Lactation

Morning Ladies! 
I am attempting to induce lactation as the arrival of our little guy is fast approaching. The lactation consultant I have been kind of working with referred me to the website AskLenore.com. It's very helpful but all of it's protocols require the use of a drug not available in the U.S. For those of you who have induced or are trying to induce, what are you doing to help you start producing milk? My OB's office said they could prescribe Reglin once I start producing milk to help the volume, but they don't have anything they can give me (drug-wise) to help with the start of milk production. I'm curious to hear what has worked for others and what others are doing. Thanks so much!

    Paging @firstcomeslove2013‌ - she may be able to help, though most protocols include domperidone (which is available but tricky to get).

    Little S was born on 8/21/14 - 8lb, 14 oz and 20 inches long.
    We live in Seattle and used SRM for our donor egg IVF cycle
