Shower hostess gift

What did y'all do for your hostesses at your baby showers in the past? My SIL's are throwing me one this Saturday and I am stumped..
All I can think of is a bottle of wine but that may be because I REALLY WANT SOME WINE.

    I think I'm doing wine also. Or a pretty gift basket from Costco since they will be putting those out. Mine is on the 15th.
