Sun shades for car?

I finally bought a convertible car seat for DD and am bummed that none of them seem to have attached sun shades like the infant seats do.  If sun is in DD's eyes she screams "Sunshine!!!" and starts crying.

Suggestions?  Does anyone have any sun shades that actually work?  Most of the suction-on-the-window varieties seem so lame.

    We use the suction cup kind and they seem to work for most angles. There are still times when the sun gets in her eyes though.

    I tinted my windows for this exact reason. DD would bawl every time the sun got in her eyes. Haven't had issues since. :-)

    Hmmm.  I guess I'll try the ones you attach to the window, and if that doesn't work I'll move up north :).  Although I think they have sun there, too.
