So frustrated!

So our CW just emailed me after not hearing from her since late August and she still hasn't completed our application so it hasn't even been sent to the main office for approval. We are looking at January or February of next year before we can start looking for a match. I just can't help getting upset because initially she told us we would be approved by now. She had no reasons for the delay. I also can't help but think that there is a sweet baby out there waiting for us. Sorry for the long vent! TIA for reading!

    Thanks everyone! We are going through or local DSS. They have a program that is pretty much a DIA but we have to go through the foster to adopt process.

    ughhh that is definitely annoying. i'm sorry. hopefully it picks right up and the process will start flying!
    trying for #1 since May 2012... we're adopting! bringing home baby boy in january 2015!

    I am so sorry for your frustration. I know its hard and can seem like a freaking eternity, but everything will work out and your perfect baby will be in your arms before you know it! Just keep your pretty head held high hun!
