Anatomy scan is on November 17th, but we aren't finding out then. We're going to get it put in an envelope and give it to a family member to hold for us until our shower, where we will have a big sex reveal. That sounds so dirty, but basically, we want to find out at the same time as everyone else. My maternal instincts say boy very strongly. Guesses have been about half-half, so I have no idea! This will be so fun because, at the end of the day, who care what I'm having!?
We find out on 11/12!! I can't wait!! 2 weeks from tomorrow!! EVERRRYOOONEEE thinks it's a boy but it's our 1st so it doesn't matter to me! Although I would love a little girl!! We'll see!!
We will get the results on 11/24 if baby cooperates. Doing a sex reveal the following weekend with family. I can't wait! I will be thrilled either way!!
We were told during my NT Scan at 13wks that is was a boy. She said she was 75% sure at that point, but we are waiting for the Anatomy Scan on 11/18 to be sure before we announce. I just want to make sure that was a little thingy in the picture and not the cord or something sticking out.
My anatomy scan is on December 10, and I would be very happy with a boy or girl. . I have a couple of cervix measurement scans before that date....anyone have these done to know if they peek at the baby during those and maybe I'll find out the sex sooner?? I'm certainly fine with waiting until December if not tho. Just curious!
Actually yes! My doc ordered an us for me because I had lots of stomach pain (viral infection of stomach) and thought I might be going into labor so she Wanted to check my cervix. Took the tech all of 30 seconds then showed me the baby and said she was a girl! I was 16 weeks.
We find out Nov 26. DH really wants a boy, and if I had to choose a preference, I'd say boy too. For a while I had a feeling it was a girl, but now I don't have an inclination either way. Ultimately, like all of you, the true hope is just for a healthy baby.

Nov 13 can't wait! Have one of each already and with this one I have no gut feelings like I did with both the others! But everyone keeps saying it's a girl so we shall see !
Or someone could just say, "When do you find out?"/"Are you finding out?" People get a little bent out of shape about the word "sex."
I agree... I mean, "Gender Reveal Party" sounds more appropriate than "Sex Reveal Party," for instance. ;-) I usually correct someone's verbiage unless it's falling into the 'reveal' category.
November 11! Two weeks two weeks! DH is definitely hoping for a boy, and to be completely honest I am.leaning that way as well, mostly because 1. I have aboys name that I love and I want to use it, whereas DH and I can't agree on a girls name and 2. I am not as confident in my abilities to be a good mom to a girl? I know that is ridiculous and when the baby is born I will love them regardless, and they will be an individual not necessarily conforming to gender stereotypes...but I would be lying if I said I don't have any fears about having a girl, deep down. I *did* have a dream it was a girl though...so we shall see
Me-24~~ DH-25~~Married 6/15/2013~~Pregnant with our first due April 2, 2015~ Septate/ Bicornuate/Arcuate /some kind of not-normal uterus- won't know for sure which one till after babe is born~~Hoping for a full term baby!
My a/s scan I will have at 23 weeks but I will see if I can talk to the the doctor about not having me do the high risk ultrasound as the genetics doctor and another doctor at the practice says my baby's nt fold was not large enough to even have a possible heart defect. If I can change it I will have it in about a month instead but I already know I'm having a boy.
I think we will go for our A/S on December 1st. But we are having a small "gender" reveal party on the 5th. So we will know on December 5th H really wants a boy. I used to think the baby was boy, but now I don't have a feeling either way. I will be happy with either.
Going for an elective reveal on 11/13, having everyone over for reveal on the 14th. I have no gut feeling either way. A lot of my friends have had boys the last few months and they all KNEW it was a boy, so my theory is that since I have no feeling, it must be a girl. lol
My next appointment is for 16 weeks at the ob (about two weeks from now) but the anatomy scan is at the perinatal specialist and it won't be until Dec. 1st. I had to schedule for 19 weeks since I'll be out of town for Turkey Week. Last time I was at the ob they sent me for a quick scan instead of the doppler since it's hard to distinguish heartbeats with twins, tho so maybe I'll get a sneak peek if I'm lucky.
Like PPs said, number one priority is healthy babies but ... it'd be nice if there's at least 1 boy in there. For variety .
Found out today and it's a girl!! I've had a gut feeling for a month now tht it was going to be a girl, I kept having dreams about her and so it was really amazing when I found out I was right
I'm flying home to Ohio in about two hours for 2 weeks to visit family and attend my sisters baby shower next week while I'm there. (She's having a baby boy, 1st baby of our generation out of my moms 3 kids)
A couple days after I get back, I have an appt. Scheduled for Nov. 18th to find out what our little bundle of joy is!
My whole family is saying that I'll be having a girl, I blame wishful thinking on that mostly since my sister is having a boy.
Honestly I've always seen myself with a girl first, but as long as baby is healthy I couldn't care less on the sex of the baby.
Though I'm a little concerned since my husband has repeatedly told me and our friends and family that if we have a girl he will be going out of his way for the rest of his life to embaress her, especially in front of her friends when she's older (in the funny 'oh my god dad why would do that in public' way) haha
So November 18th, I'll know whether I have to prepare for his ridiculous shenanigans for the next 18 years or not :P
I have an appointment on 10-11 I hope I can finde out the gender by then! My husband wants a girl & I will feel more than happy with a health & cute baby whatevere the gender is!
I found out it is a girl from the genetic counselor on 10/6. I was surprised because I never pictured myself with a daughter. I don't have a date for my a/s yet but I have a fetal echocardiogram scheduled for 12/1.
This Saturday! In the beginning, I really leaned towards boy, but as time goes on, I dream about a little girl constantly. I really waffle on the issue.
Our anatomy scan is on November 24th. I have a feeling it is a girl, and we would really like to have one of each. Either way, I can't wait to see my son interact with a sibling.
Our A/S is scheduled for 11/24. I don't have a strong feeling really at this point. I'm hoping for a girl since DH says we're most likely done after this one and since we already have a boy, I'd like a girl this time. I can totally see myself as a boy mom though, so it'll be great either way. With DS I wanted a boy first and had a feeling I was right, so I'm hoping I get my way this time too. Haha.
we find out tonight! Cant wait! DH and I think its a girl for no particular reason. There is an equal argument between family members on the guess of the sex.
My a/s is November 4! My gut feeling is a little boy
PPD/PPA Mom...it has been super hard, but I'm making it! Slow steps... Mom to Carter (6), and Calianne (1). Proud VBAC, natural birth, breastfeeding, cloth diapering momma!
