can I just say how crazy it is that so many LOs are working on molars and I'm still waiting for the rest of my kid's incisors and canines to come in? We've been stalled at five teeth forever....! Although I hate teething I want him to get the rest of his teeth at some point!
@denverbride2005 We are still at 5 teeth, 4.5 actually. I'm scared.
I am trying to be very patient with someone who started working for my boss's boss. She started in July. I know everyone is new at one point, but there are important things you need to know, especially after three months. I'm starting to get frustrated.
>:D< And ~O) to the moms who need them! Lily and I have a day alone today, dh is oot. A Starbucks, target, chapters, grocery store run is in the plan today.
I am not sure what to do about Liam. He doesn't like clothes and when I put them on him he some how wills himself to pee a river or sabotages his diaper some how. During the day in our sunny San Diego home that is no big deal but going to DC, out of the house or even his pajamas at night because it does get chilly.
At night he can sleep through the night naked with no diaper change. If I put pajamas on him he will piss through by 2 am!!! He pees through at DC and they check kids frequently. Just going out for walk or dinner he will pee or poop. One time he went through all the extra clothes I brought him I had to buy an outfit for the flight home. At Jazzmin's open house he went through the spare outfit and wore a diaper the rest of the time...I was kind of embarrassed that time.
So G walked into the living room while I was laying on the couch. He was holding a bottle of tub and til cleaner. I tried to get up fast enough to. Get it away but he was faster and into his mouth it went. He only sucked on the nozzle for like 5 seconds before I got it from him. Bottle says it's non-toxic and poison control said he should be just fine. All of our stuff is locked up in the closet. I think when DH went to get his towel he may not have closed the door far enough. He feels awful and is planning on making a new locked area for all chemicals.
I am so hungry. I'm waiting to see if the meeting across the hall is going to have leftover pizza because that is so much better than the sandwich I brought. It's not looking good though...
@stacey099 I am glad your little one is okay. It is so scary. A few weeks ago DD climbed onto the step stool in the bathroom and ingested hand soap while I was helping DS on the potty. She gurgled soap and then threw up. It was so scary. Poison control said since she immediately threw up, it should be fine. I now keep the soap up higher and just hand it to DS when he washes his hands.
I kept DS home from school since he was coughing and he is so cranky today! I usually food shop with just DD while he is at school so now I get to go with both. We will have to go to Stop and Shop since they have the big carriage with the car that DS can sit in. It is so huge and hard to push but if I have DD and DS both in a regular carriage, then I do not have room for food.
I can't keep up! My kids are so crabby. No idea why DS is crabby, DH got DD and LO home 2+ hours late last night so they are both tired, and LO is teething. At least I guess it is teething. In the last 6ish weeks she went from just 2 to the top 3 (with 4th coming in) and bottom 3 (maybe 4th coming in?). She has been an inconsolable mess. Can't sleep, crying if you pick her up/set her down/give her a toy/take a toy/feed her/don't feed her/offer milk/etc.
>:D< t+p @KikiCohen. I hope everything is just fine and sticky baby stops scaring you. I now have to go try and fit 4 boxes of fundraiser butterbraids into our small side by side freezer.
And I still need to read the hypothetically - it's gotten 50+comments since I read it.
Shared spreadsheets are the worst idea EVER. It makes no sense to share a spreadsheet with 50 other people. I've been staring at spreadsheets all day and every time I need to work on one it's locked because someone else is working in it. Or they somehow manage to kick me out and save data after I've been entering data for several minutes so all of my data is then erased and I have to do it all over again. :-L
@KikiCohen hugs, I hope everything is ok. Lo#1 was up more last night than the newborn. It was horrible! I think it's the canines but I feel like she's been working on them for the last couple months with nothing to show for. It was insane!

This kid may not have a lot of bowel, but he has plenty of guts! DS born at 34 weeks with (surprise!) gastroschisis turned short bowel syndrome. 131 days in the NICU, 7 trips to the OR, G-button, daily TPN....
We are impatiently awaiting the day we can say goodbye to his girlfriend Ivy for good.
@J134EVA Cool mist humidifier at night, saline spray, Vick's, and Tylenol/Motrin if she can have that (I know when I have a cold my head hurts). I hope LO feels better soon! We are battling a cough/cold in our house too!
@kikicohen On my list for DS I have: anywhere chair, 4 in 1 tricycle, megabloks, and toy trucks. From the grandparents, we are asking for annual passes to the zoo, aquarium, and children's museum.
My IL's threw a fit when I suggested a gift for Maggie's first birthday. They were offended we were trying to tell them what to buy. Obnoxious people, they are. I would love for them to get her annual pass to the Children's Museum.
TMI ahead: It has lightened up considerably, so I'm hoping that's a good sign. There's never any on my panty liner, just a spot here and there when I wipe. Just enough to screw with my head, I guess.

I'm sorry I pitched it as a "gift we can use all year long and we are running out of room in the house for toys."
So yesterday I mentioned how while moving I tripped over the blinds, cut my finger on Zoe's dresser drawer and hit my head on the cupboard...
Last night the vacuum fell on my foot (it hurt to slide my shoe on today) and ran over my toe with the vacuum.
What is going on?!
Well they say that things come in three's, so you should be more than done, right?
Oh and DH told me MIL was ornery yesterday. He didn't tell me til he got home last night why.
I pretty much had a break down. She is too much. She was bitching because she has to watch Zoe too much. If you remember she was recently bitching that I need to work more. But now that I am working more she can't handle watching Zoe. And she's our only option for babysitter.
If we had to pay for daycare it'd make more sense for me to stay home. Which is what I wish could happen.
And also apparently I never do anything. And she was complaining that she bought us a washer and dryer and the blinds for our new house. We definitely never asked and told he she didn't need to. We definitely appreciate it though. But she now bitches that she did. She offers to do things such and even if we refuse she still does it then gets mad.
And she got pissed we wouldn't give her a key to the house and DH gave in and said she could have a key to the garage. Why the hell does she need that? And if we don't leave the house door romantic the garage unlocked and she comes in the garage without us knowing she will probably throw a fit.
She is driving me crazy.
Oh how I wish I could stay home and have no need to see her every day.
This turned into a big long vent.

Last night, Mike and I were watching this scary ass show, American Horror Stories. We were already kinda freaked out cause it was really disturbing. If you haven't seen it, it was about this haunted mansion and horrible things that had happened there. The new owners would sleep-walk and do awful things.
Anyway, right when it was ending, Greyson woke up screaming. Like, scary screaming. I ran up there and my 11 year old was sleeping in his CRIB with him! I almost pissed myself. He's only sleep walked once before, but it's been 5 years. I was shaking like a leaf. I lifted him out and he was all confused. I told mike to just go to bed and I would deal with the hysterical baby. He was like "Ughh yeah right! I'm not going in there alone!" Lol. Took me over an hour to get the baby back to sleep.
Omg I almost shit my pants. I'm never watching that show again. Lol
The best part was he has a little cold and he had a Kleenex sticking out of his nose. I didn't even think about taking a photo and I even had my phone on me! I was way to scared to laugh at the moment. I barely slept at all. Hahaa

I'm so f'ing tired it's not even funny.
