Vivid Dreams

I am not sure if this is a common pregnancy symptom... But since shortly after conception I've been having incredibly vivid dreams. They are always so real and not usually pleasant I wake up in such a sweat. Last night I had such a vivid dream about having a miscarriage. It was so disturbing and sad. Is this normal? Anyone else with me?

Yes I have! I have always been quite the dreamer but now it is out of control! I also have been experiencing it since conception. I now pray every night before falling asleep that at least they will be pleasant so I can wake up happy and not having a heart attack! Lol

The night I got my bfp I dreamt that the baby fell out of me like an egg yolk dropping on the floor (that's what it looked like in my dream). The last couple weeks I've had multiple dreams that I've drank a whole glass of wine before remembering that I was pregnant.

Last night I dreamt about Godzilla...bc well we watched the movie before going to bed. I've never dreamt this much on my life.

I've been having funny dreams. My favorite is I was having such bad morning sickness so while my husband and I were having sex...I threw up in him.......I told my husband the next day and we still are laughing about it!

Ok sorry in advance for the TMI I'm about to unload... But all I'm having are roudy sex dreams! No sad dreams.. But literally weird sex dreams every night! DH is benefiting from this but it's weird! I don't know if it's normal, I definitely prefer these over sad dreams but it's kind of creeping me out

@Cuij It is absolutely a normal pregnancy symptom that lasts the whole time from what I'm told. I started having more vivid dreams before I knew I was pregnant. The day I found out I had this great one about Drew Fuller but my friend's son woke me up just as we were making plans! I was ready to strangle him!

@jenn1465 I know what you mean about the weird sex dreams. So far I have had them about the giant from Once Upon a Time as well as Jack Frost from Santa Clause 3. I like Martin Short but not that much! Lol

I had my first one last night!! It wasn't to crazy but it was out of the norm!!

I've never been a dreamer. I think I woke up and remembered a dream maybe 3 times in the past couple of years.... But now. I am having the craziest most screwed up dreams every night, and yes I've had a really sad realistic dream about miscarrying but none about it since!

Just to give some hope.... we've tried for a few months but the vivid dreams was my sign. First month I thought I was having implantation bleeding, hot flashes, sore breasts, nausea, etc and I got AF. Next month it was nausea, acne, heartburn, sore breasts, and EXHAUSTED....got AF. This month, on days 8 & 9 DPO I had crazy vivid dreams that were long and detailed and my breasts are a tiny bit sore but no other symptoms. I tested today and I got my first positive! Vivid dreams was definitely my sign, I never have dreams like that. Stay positive!

Anyone had vivid dreams NOW? Haha I think I dream when I sleep hard & I was so exhausted the first 3 weeks, I had some WEIRD dreams.

@krystleshel the first two weeks I would sleep so hard that I would wake up still in a dream and be talking to my husband as if I was in the dream. And then I would get mad when he wouldn't understand me.

I've have vivid dreams on & off. They are not good either. The first 2-ish weeks I dreamt I had her in bed & rolled over on her. I would literally wake up trying to find her under me. Weird because I've never even had her in the bed. Those have stopped & now they are just random dreams.
