Is Zeolite safe to take during pregnancy?

I have done quite a bit of internet research but was looking for someone with experience or medical background relevant to this topic for help. I have been reading a lot about how heavy metal toxins are passed from mother to child in the womb and how it is *possible (key word) that this is what causes many ailments such as Autusm, ADHD etc... I'm interested in taking Zeolite but hesitant at the same time for obvious reasons. I put a call into my Naturopath but haven't heard anything as of yet so I thought I would ask the community.
