Traveling w/o LO: 4days pumping/storing BM while flying

I have to go on a 4 day business trip without LO. I have do not have extra milk stored anymore. LO gets 12oz BM and 4oz formula daily at daycare. I pump just enough for the next day. While I am gone she will be getting formula I have been trying lactation cookie, frengreek and eating oatmealx2 a day, no real boost to supply to make more for freezer backup.

Any recommendations for freezing the Bm in the hotel fridge (small freezer section) safely and flying back with it? 2 hour flight, 2 hours at the airport before/after flight.

Where do you get dry ice when traveling? I read that somewhere it easier to fly with it than gel/ice packs. I will have a car.

@casey78, thank you so much for this.  I am traveling soon too, and really stressing out about how to transport the milk and keep it cold.  This made me feel so much better - thank you!!
