Hi from a lurker and some Qs!

Hello all! My hubby and I (28) are TTC #2 and I have a few questions for you experienced ladies. With my DS we TTC for 18 months with HSG, SA, and Clomid. I didn't ovulate on my own then and I'm still not now (per OPKs and CBEFM. I work nights and BBT is little to no help).
My questions are:
1. Should I have another HSG done during this stent of TTC?
2. At what point should DH have another SA? (First showed low morph but I can't remember the numbers now)
3. My CNM and OB haven't done any bloodwork or u/s during my current Clomid cycles. Should they be? I didn't have any last time either. I was just told (this time) to come in for an u/s on CD 18 if I didn't get a +OPK.
4. We've been at it 5 months this time, should I go to an RE at 6 months? I LOVE my MW, but I also don't want to waste any time if I need to go to an RE.
5. I think we'll be doing Femara this month. Any experience with both Clomid and Femara? I'm not sure what to expect.

Hi and welcome back. I can't answer all of your questions but I do know that clomid should always be monitored! I would go ahead and set up an appointment with an RE since it took seeing an RE to get pregnant your first time. I wouldn't wait.

Also, the RE could tell you about repeat testing, but I bet they will redo them. Things can change rather quickly and the RE will want everything up to date before they start talking about medicated cycles. Best of luck to you!
