My Dr prescribed diclegis for m/s last week bc I was feeling nauseous all day everday. I am 8w2d and been taking it for 3 days and I don't feel like the nausea has let up much. Anyone else taking this?
I am! It's helped me so much! How often are you taking? I take one in the morning, one mid-afternoon and two before bed. It should also be taken on an empty stomach?
I'm taking too. It started working right away for me. My doc said if it doesn't start working after 4 days it probably won't. Although, he did say I can take zolfan with it if needed
From what I can see on dr. Google diclegis is Diclectin here in Canada, so I am taking it too. I found it takes the edge off but doesn't fully stop the nausea feeling. I have not vomited since starting taking it, for that I am thankful.
When I first started taking it I didn't feel much better so I started taking one in the morning as well as two at night. Idk about you but the whole empty stomach + full glass of water thing sounds like a recipe for disaster for me so I try to get something in my stomach after I take it-- a few crackers, etc. After a week and a half I think the nausea is letting up somewhat but I also think that's just natural and not necessarily the medicine. But I have been feeling better!
I am on it! My dr gave me a sample and also called in a perscription. According to the sample box I am supposed to take 2 before bed one in the morning and one in the afternoon. It has really helped me. I dont feel 100% but i would probably say i am at about 90% better without it. I do notice that if i go to long inbetween meals i start to feel sick.
This is what I need! I have 24 hour nausea and this morning I had to stay home and lay down with my eyes closed to deal with it. I'm going to try to get to the doc today because it's really becoming debilitating.
So glad someone else posted about this. I just took it for the first time last night and I felt like an absolute ZOMBIE this morning. I've been up for 3.5 hours and I feel like the fog is just now lifting. I do feel a lot better though, m/s wise.
