I made your chicken and rice recipe and I thought you might be interested because I didn't use the onion soup mix and it is super yummy.  I chopped and caramelized a couple of onions with some garlic and I used chicken broth instead of water and salt to taste.  Mmmmmm.

That sounds good! I'll have to try it and see how it compares. My mom would probably pass out if I told her I made changes. But I want to try it.

Did I tell you about the time I ate chicken and rice that my mom had cooked and frozen for us for 3 days, then for the life of me couldn't figure out what was setting P off? I make it with olive oil. My mom uses a full stick of butter. Sigh.
