DH and I are at Lowe's looking for an indoor plant that will grow year round, and is hard to kill. We aren't sure if we have been thumbs or not. Suggestions please.

Sorry for the P&R. We got lost in the plants.

DH is looking for a sobriety plant that will grow with him along with his sobriety. Silly, kind of. But it means a lot to him. For the spider plant and Christmas cactus, do they need to be repotted (is this even the right word?). We know nothing about plants. |)
