Pap Smear?

So we had our first u/s Friday and the doctor gave me a pap smear. Now I'm bleeding and cramping. I never had one when I was pregnant with my first, anyone else?
My doctor warned me I may spot, but this kinda hurts!

If you haven't had one in the past year most OB's will give you one at your first appt. Sorry you're in pain, hopefully it subsides quickly.

That happened after mine. I called the after hours number and they had me lay down until it stopped I'm fine now

I had one with both my pregnancies. The spotting will go away in a day or two.

i somehow had abdominal pain after mine and brownish pink blood for the whole day, it went away soon after no worries

I had this too, and my Dr. didn't warn me, so I was really freaked out! Hope the pain goes away fast. Mine disappeared within 24 hours.

I had one shortly after my first trimester last pregnancy.  I always spot after a pap.  Nothing to worry about.
