Razor Blade in Baby Toy

PSA: please check all packaging and toys before giving them to LO. I was taking stacking cups out of the packaging and a razor blade fell out. Luckily it was only me that was in contact with the blade and LO didn't get his hands on it. It could have been much worse. We contacted the store and the district manager is going to be in contact with us.
