Ok, at this point I think she's a troll...simply because of the above. I have tried to stay out of this but honestly at this point you are just trying to provoke people by saying that the best part of working was getting people arrested. You make people who believe in Jesus and who are conservative look terrible and I don't want you to represent those values. Its terrible. Jesus loved/loves everyone and no sin is greater than any other. You don't have to agree with other peoples life styles but if Jesus would have just loved them then why are you any better than him in thinking you can judge people. I am seriously disgusted by you and am almost 100 percent positive you are just here to get a rise out of people. Go away please.
Or the fact that I've brought up this instance before of them stealing thousands of dollars from the company. They were also the same ones who were very, "I'm a Christian" pushy people.

Oh, right, I remember that story. The money was in the lactation room, right?

I think that was the same thread where you wanted to make sure I wasn't stealing company time when I occasionally took a 10 minute nap during my lactation time.
  • The bias and assertion that one word is offensive over another word is preposterous in my opinion, particularly due to the fact that one word has the other as a definition. The original intent was not to offend but to inquire and to relate to other moms. For people to get in a tizzy over the word choice and start this ridiculous argument is so sad. We should be lifting each other up during this wonderful, hormonal time rather than jumping at each other over a mistaken word choice that was not intended to be offensive. There are kind ways to explain to someone that their word choice may be offensive to some, but to assert that an exclusive group of people who happened to have followed threads for long periods of time decided one word shouldn't be used is not the most endearing and kind way to communicate the concern.

    Here are the definitions per
    Merriam-Webster.

    gen·der\ˈjen-dər\
    noun
: the state of being male or female
grammar : one of the categories (masculine, feminine, and neuter) into which words (such as nouns, adjectives, and pronouns) are divided in many languages
    Full Definition
1 a : a subclass within a grammatical class (as noun, pronoun, adjective, or verb) of a language that is partly arbitrary but also partly based on distinguishable characteristics (as shape, social rank, manner of existence, or sex) and that determines agreement with and selection of other words or grammatical forms
b : membership of a word or a grammatical form in such a subclass
c : an inflectional form showing membership in such a subclass
    2 a : sex
b : the behavioral, cultural, or psychological traits typically associated with one sex

    sex\ˈseks\
    noun
: the state of being male or female
: men or male animals as a group or women or female animals as a group
: physical activity in which people touch each other's bodies, kiss each other, etc. : physical activity that is related to and often includes sexual intercourse
    Full Definition
1 : either of the two major forms of individuals that occur in many species and that are distinguished respectively as female or male especially on the basis of their reproductive organs and structures
2 : the sum of the structural, functional, and behavioral characteristics of organisms that are involved in reproduction marked by the union of gametes and that distinguish males and females
3 a : sexually motivated phenomena or behavior
    b : sexual intercourse
    4 : genitalia

I'm just going to say it. You can fuck right off with everything you just wrote. This issue IS a big deal, and we are not the only ones that think so. Also, your saccharine sexism about how we need to be "endearing" and lift each other up? Refer back to my second sentence. We have no obligation to do any such thing, especially in support of someone who is acting like a vile bigot. I am getting mighty sick of the hate filled, prejudiced assertion that being sensitive to LGBT issues is unnecessary and over the top. It's not over the top enough IMO.

Good luck. These ladies can be vicious if you don't conform to their way of thinking.
