I'm having the hardest time finding cute and inexpensive maternity coats for the winter. I live in NY so I definitely need something for the next few months. Has anyone found anything? Most of the reviews I'm reading on coats are saying they're not lined so they're not warm. And the ones that are warm are like $200+. Any suggestions?
I'm just going to either borrow or buy an XL coat for cheap. I'm so cheap, I can't justify spending on a specialty coat I will wear for a couple months!
I'm in ND so warm and lined is important here too! I thought the ones from old navy seemed good! I have one one though that's a kind of different style almost like a poncho but not exactly, I'm not sure how to explain it. My point is, maybe you'd be able to find a different styled one that isn't maternity that will work for you.
With my 1st pregnancy, I just ended up getting a coat that was more baby doll style in the cut of the bodice. I'm in Minnesota, so I definitely needed a real coat!
I got this extender panel for my last pregnancy. It's not the nicest looking, but it worked really well. And wasn't too terribly expensive. https://makemybellyfit.com
I was lucky enough to get a used one. I'm in Canada so a warm coat is a must. The woman I got it from lives in an even colder region than I do right now so I know I'll be good. Brand is Old Navy, but since I got it for free I have no idea how much it cost.
I just got a fall coat online from H&M for around $55 after a coupon. I was trying to avoid it but my boobs are outgrowing the one I have. Waiting for it to arrive to see how warm it is so I can figure out what to do for winter. I love near Philly so we definitely get some bad winter weather.
I found a really good one on Kijiji (Canadian equivalent of CraigsList). Might be worth looking there!

I found one by MOMO maternity that is super cute. Grey, a line, double breasted, actually made of wool. I actually found it at goodwill but the brand seems pretty nice.
I also live in NY and just started looking. There were cute options at Pea in the Pod or wrap belted options at Lord&taylor and they are having a 30% off sale right now. My mom went to look for me and said they have a ton of options that will work for pregnancy and beyond. If I find something perfect i will post!
@dadalou um that make my baby fit is amazing, I needed this last winter, it was so hard to go anywhere during the "polar vortex" and I had to carry that stupid car seat everywhere. I had bunch of friends trying to figure out how to babywear in the winter. Once I figure out the zipper thing I'm ordering one.

I got one yesterday from H&M too but it was $60. I wonder if they have more than one style or we got the same one? It's a black puffy coat with a belt and a hood. I'm excited to break it out this winter.

Just found this one, super cute and not crazy expensive either.

In my searching I did find this one though. It's ridiculously cute non maternity, but definitely would not fit my already huge belly, even in a larger size! https://www.forever21.com/Product/Product.aspx?BR=f21&Category=outerwear_coats-and-jackets&ProductID=2000060233&VariantID=#ReviewHeader
