Medicated cycle w/o IUI

We are sitting out round three of IUI to have DH meet with urologist. He had low testosterone and started treatment around the same time we started IUI. First round he had great numbers. His numbers significantly decreased with second. Doc said injection dose shouldn't effect his count but boy was she wrong. I was wondering about anyone's experience/knowledge with medicated cycles without IUI. Any tips or suggestions?

    I'm not quite sure what you're asking....what mediation are you taking? I've had success with clomid, trigger shot and timed intercourse (although that ended in miscarriage) but DH has no sperm issues....my RE hasn't even brought up IUI yet
