cramps with no bleeding. 6 weeks 5 days

With working a new puppy and toddler to chase around .I don't get a break to rest really. I'm all nervous and excited about this baby . I really don't want to loose this gift. They went away but they were bad. Is this normal?

I had very bad cramps as well, I am 6 weeks and 6 days. My cramps were so bad I ended up going to the ER. Dr said everything was fine and the cramps I was feeling was my body udjusting. He said as long as there was no bleeding I would be fine. I know every case is different but I'm sure your ok!

I've had cramps on and off the whole time. Was worse on weeks 3 and 4 but now just randomly come. .. I think it's just everything adjusting and stretching inside.

I'm 5.5 wks and around week 3 & 4 I had period like cramps and back ache. I still get cramps every now and then. I think it's round ligament pain. It wakes me up at night sometimes.

I get random cramps throughout the day. The nurse on call said it's likely just everything stretching and my uterus expanding.
