Could I be pregnant again 18 days after miscarriage began?

I know how unlikely it would be to be pregnant this soon...BUT I've suddenly started having all the same symptoms I did when I was pregnant the first time (sore boobs, nausea, food aversions, needing to pee a lot). I started to miscarry with my first pregnancy 10/06, bled for a little less than a week and had some egg white cervical mucous last week (10/15-10/18). Now it's 10/22 and I'm really curious what is going on with my body. Anyone have something similar happen post-miscarriage?

Are you doing anything to track your cycle? I would say it's HIGHLY unlikely that you are pregnant right now. I don't see this one going over very well...

ETA: If you were pregnant enough for symptoms, you would turn a HPT +. Please just go and POAS... I don't have my UTE goggles handy right now.

As previous posters mentioned, there are multiple places that state this is not the question for this board. 

If you end up being pregnant, please do not update us.

It did not go over well on TTGP and it is not going to turn out good here.

That thread was created on August 26th. She most likely was pregnant and had her loss towards the end of September or Early October which would now explain this thread.
