I know there is a food thread but just had a quick question.
So I took out an ice cube tray of peaches today to thaw just a little so I could pop them out and put them in a zip lock back and accidentally left them out for an hour hour and a half max and they where still really cold but not all the way frozen so of course I then couldn't pop them out because they weren't still solid all the way. Is it alright to put them back in the freezer or would that not be good to eat now? I know some things you can't freeze again but it wasn't room temperature or anything so I am just wondering if they are still good? Sorry if this is a dumb question just I could probably google it but wasn't sure if anyone had done this before.
Did you try twisting the tray to pop them out? I take mine out of the freezer, twist it and they pop right out. This way you dont need to thaw at all until you are ready to use them
I ended up putting them back on the freezer but still a little worried. Thanks everyone! @bridetobe9132013 I did and it broke. Cheap thing! So now it's impossible to pop them out. I am going to buy some more. I usually just let them get a little loose then use a knife. The last couple times that is but it would be better to just buy some. They didn't have any at the grocery store this last time so I'll have to go to a different store this weekend.
