Tuna Sub

What is everyone's take on tuna? I keep hearing mixed reviews. I hear that it's ok in moderation and then I hear you shouldn't have it at all!! I have had 2 small wegmans subs that have been tuna since I found out I was pregnant. One last week and one today for lunch.

I agree about having it in moderation. I'm craving a tuna salad sandwich on a croissant right about now and I'm going to eat one!!

I was craving the sub on an everything roll and it was delicious! I know all docs are different I'm waiting to hear back from mine! I don't want to be over freaky about food but I want to make sure I'm doing what I need to for my baby and I... It's my first so it's all new to me!

Totally fine in moderation.  It's my preggo go-to at Subway since we aren't supposed to have lunchmeat (wa wa Debbie Downer).

I swear I never even liked lunchmeat that much until I got pregnant the first time.  Then my brain was like "italian sub, italian sub, italian sub"
