Pain after falling

Hi, I recently fell and since then I have had neck and shoulder pain (I landed on my knees but caught myself with my arm) I don't have any other symptoms like cramping ...bleeding...dizziness but now google search is just pulling up ectopic pregnancy symptoms. Am I just being paranoid? Or should I call my OB?

When in doubt call your ob. They are used to these calls. Plus if they ask you to come in they will rule out ectopic with an us. But it didn't sound like you hurt the baby. It's all tucked in there. But I'm not a dr.
