Thrush and spotting

just wondering if anyone else is suffering from thrush and if they are having some spotting? I'm having a very light color spot and am unsure if I should go see the doc. I had a scan and internal ultrasound on Monday after some spitting, doc said I was fine but to use the cream and it should clear up... However it's now Friday and I'm still spotting.
