I usually get up around 5:30 and hit the gym before work. Lately it has NOT been happening. I get up (begrudgingly) around 7:30 and am ready for bed by 7. How are you ladies coping and/or any tips on waking up that don't involve caffeine?! I-)
Ha. No tips. I almost nod off during bath time every night. I'm ready for bed when I'm done eating supper, lol. But of course there's no break time until both of my kids are asleep in their beds. Last night I was basically begging them to go to sleep at like 7:15. Lol! I drink caffeine. I would probably die otherwise.

I have to save my one cup of coffee for mid-morning. Either that or fall asleep on my keyboard at work.
If I don't have a meeting I have been taking a nap during my lunch break in my car. Can't really do it when either gets super cold but in the mean time it has helped. Even if it is only a 15-20 min nap it is nice to help me recharge around lunch time and it helps me get through the rest of the day until about 830/9 when it's time to really go to bed.
