Sleep Help

We co sleep.
My LO is 10m old and still waking to "nurse" about 4 times. She's not hungry, she's not really eating. It's for comfort. I can't lay her down for a nap by herself - she won't have it. I just want to be able to put her in the play pen and know she will sleep. I have two other babies that I have to tend to and 10m of dropping everything bc she can't seem to sooth herself is making me lose my mind. I've tried everything, other than CIO.

Any ideas?

I would say try CIO. We did it very lightly & didn't have to do it but a few nights thankfully. We would go in every 5 mins until she fell asleep and it worked really well. She was just tired and had to learn to self soothe other than us hold her non stop.

I guess I was asking for ideas around CIO. Hearing about others trying it, success stories & failure.
