Is cramping during the early first trimester normal? They feel like menstrual cramps at times, it comes and goes. Mild to very intense. Is something wrong?

My doctor said cramping in early pregnancy is pretty normal. Mine comes and goes too. Today I was on the elliptical and cramps got stronger so I stopped and will ask my doctor at my 8 week appt tomorrow.

Yep. Normal. As long as there isn't red blood then not too worrisome. (If you look through the daily symptom threads you'll see others reporting them). I get them off and on-seems to be more frequent at night but not sure why.

Yes I notice mine more at night and they wake me up.

@bbusey07‌ The severity has definitely decreased the last couple days-still there but less. Just things stretching in there I suppose. I did ask my doctor and she said its normal/fine without red blood. I don't see my doctor until 9W so that kinda stinks!! Good luck!!
