What exactly am I seeing on my u/s picture?

I went to the hospital today because of pink discharge and being rh negative. I had an ultrasound but the doctor who did it was doing her residency and didn't really explain. What do I see? Is the top part the sac? I'm confused. And do you see two bubbles at the bottom or am I seeing things? We only got one heartbeat, 130bpm

Round bubble is the yolk sac thing beneath is the baby

What she said. Next time, have them point everything out...that's why they get paid the big $$$.

Usually they will put an arrow to point out the baby so you can tell what's going on. I would definitely ask next time!
