I'm typing this as I'm on the arc trainer at the gym. Mom called and said I can have a "weak uterus" and shouldn't excercise til at least my first ob appt.
Rationally, I know this is ludicrous and I'm not doing high intensity stuff, but heart rate still goes up. It's been deemed perfectly safe to engage in moderate excercise, right?
My anxious self needs to be yelled at.
Re: Can someone yell at me?
The only exception is when you have a high chance of falling... like horseback riding. Also, biking gets a bit awkward later on
It really does make you feel better, except I'm sweating so much more now than before
Your heart rate is going up higher now because of all the extra blood flowing through your system now. That was the pregnancy fact of the day I learned on an app!
Exercise is great for you in moderation, I read as long as you can talk and hold a conversation while exercising without being out of breath you are good.Of course if you start feeling discomfort stop. Keep it up!
