F14 Ladies. How is everyone.

It has been a very long time since I have logged onto TB due to personal issues that I have been battling since having DD.  I am going through previous threads, but I wanted to post to see how all of the ladies are doing?  I feel so bad that I couldn't keep up with everyone and their LO's.

So, how are you all doing? And how are your LO's doing?!

Again, I am so sorry I haven't been around.  I have finally managed to get my life back to normal after eight months so I am jumping back into this.

Re: F14 Ladies. How is everyone.

  • @Joybaby5, I emailed you a couple of weeks ago and haven't heard anything back! I hope all is well with you and DS!

  • Hi there!  How are you doing?
  • Thanks Ladies!  DD is great!

@Broccolisgirl, I'm sorry they have the stomach bugs :(  DD is still dealing with a lingering cough from a cold that happened three weeks ago.  I hope your boys get better soon, you always feels so bad for them when they are sick :(

@armfruit Thank you :) I am so glad to be back.  This was a daily routine for me while I was pregnant and the following weeks after I had DD.  Although the break was very much needed, I am so glad to have a little bit of normal back.

@Sjelwood, Army Crawlers huh?  I bet that is so cute, yet exhausting at the same time lol.  DD just started trying to move forward.  Unfortunately she doesn't understand that she has to lift her head while shes trying to crawl, so she is still not moving very much!  She almost looks like a Bulldozer.

  • @Joybaby5,  no big deal! Believe me, I understand that life gets busy especially with babies that are becoming mobile lol.  I am glad you and L are doing well, and I am glad that you're liking being a SAHM.  I am totally jealous lol.

@Njb750, She is doing good.  Getting huge, but then again all of our babies are. How are you and your LO?

@djtippietoes, I am doing a lot better.  I've finally got on the right medications for my PPD, while I was out my DH's uncle (Father figure) was in the ICU for five months due to a surgery that didn't go as planned, we had to go there every night and alternate shifts with the rest of the family to keep him company and be his sitter overnight.  He passed away on October 3rd, so after dealing with that, my family situation is finally starting to get back to normal.
  • @bluedot818  Crime shows are all I EVER watch.  I listen to DH complain every night about how I never watch anything unless its about murder or about solving some sort of crime.  Criminal Minds.... Officially my newest obsession.
  • @Penguin1736, thank you!

@Mevaroo  I am actually all caught up.  I haven't seen last nights new episode yet, but the plan is to watch it as soon as I get home.
  • @Avswolf, thank you.  I bet you have your hands full!  I can't wait for that.  I've been working on standing but all DD wants to do is sit or jump in her Johnny Jump up!
  • Welcome back!  I haven't been too active lately since I started a new job in July.  I still lurk a lot, just don't always have time to contribute.  Glad to hear everything is getting back on track for you.

  • Hey hey! Welcome back!! I'm happy things seem to be settling down for you, and I'm so sorry for your loss.

Things are okay here -- we moved to Nashville last week so life has been pretty nutty. :)

  • Hey there! Glad to have you back! I'm glad to hear that things are settling down for you a bit and you are starting to feel a little more normal again :)

Things are crazy busy in the ramfan household. DD is trying desperately to keep up with DS, which is resulting in a very mobile, very stubborn little girl! So much fun, though!

  • I see a lot of name changes! Thank you ladies for cluing me in on them so I can recognize you lol.  Also thank you all, it was rough but I am so glad to be back.  I am so glad to hear everyone and their LO's are doing well!  I can't believe its been so long already and all of them are mostly mobile...  Its crazy to think that this time last year we were all still very pregnant, preparing for the births of our LO's!

@armfruit  We did have a very small courthouse wedding. After DH was done with physical therapy we decided we didn't want to wait anymore.  I'm not into the whole wedding thing, so we just did it small with close family and friends.  Still haven't changed my name though lol!

MissDemeanor  That's awesome! I would love to travel.  Are you just going for vacation/fun, or for something else?

TyrannosaurusLex, Thank you! Its nice to know that you aren't the only one going through something like PPD.  Its one of those things that I should have really taken more seriously while I was pregnant.  I am sorry she isn't sleeping through the night, I know that it is hard with little to no sleep.  DD is being Snow White for Halloween, I couldn't resist.  She has the perfect hair color for it, and it just so happens to be my favorite fairy tale.  What is you DD being for Halloween?  My niece is still a huge part of my life.  She is actually with DD and I most of the time.  I try to make an effort to get some one on one time in with her as much as I can.  They love being around one another too. My niece is a huge helper, and has surprisingly been the one to help me the most while DH was healing.  I was really worried before I had DD that she would become distant or upset, but they're like two peas in a pod.  She gives DD a kiss before school every morning and every night before bed, and she helps read out bedtime story.

njb750  Thank you!  My therapist recommended that I try and do something with DD that involved just the two of us.  So I got into photography.  Now almost every weekend I try and get out to take pictures of her in a new place.  My avatar is from our recent trip to the Pumpkin patch.
