  • I know it's only craigslist, but there's this great website called Google that you can use to double check your listing before you post it.  There is no such thing as "rod iron," people!

I agree that some of them can be creepy, but A's is absolutely adorable.

  • They're hand made one of a kind blah blah blah. I have a friend who makes them and the materials are very expensive. Especially the hair.

  • Oh so each one is individual? That's kinda cool I guess.
Still don't see the need to pay that much for a doll.

My mom hand made a doll for my daughter, that's good enough.  Plus I won't feel bad about throwing it in the washer if it gets dirty.

I don't get American Girl dolls.  And unless my daughter gets one from a family member (which I doubt will happen), she will not be getting one from us.

  • Decaf is a waste of the calories.
    And coffee breath.

  • I have come to hate car naps.

OMG I love car naps. I just get to hang out in my nicely heated car, sipping hot chocolate, listening to music, playing on my iPad. Love them.

  • What inevitably happens tho is that one of them won't be asleep, usually DS2. So I have to get him out, but then I run the risk of waking DS1 when the doors open. Or if he actually sleeps through the opening doors, then he doesn't sleep as long. Then I'm stuck with a whiney, tired toddler for the rest of the day.
  • My kids won't stay asleep for long once the car is parked.

Mine either. Sometimes stopping at red lights will wake her. She really doesn't care for sleep.

Edited because auto correct is a pain in the ass

Truth. #2 almost always wakes before #1 and this exact scenario happens. And shushing a 5 month old that wants out of her car seat is a futile effort.
