Anyone interested in doing a share of your fav recipe(s)? We eat a ton of chicken and I'm feeling in a rut so I would love ideas. I have a couple I'd be happy to share, too!
If you are going for chicken this seems to be my new favorite. Its a slightly lighter take on chicken parm.
This is a skillet sausage pasta that I made last week and both DH and DD loved it! I used fresh broccoli instead of the mix veggies, but otherwise followed the recipe. Super easy!
These Butternut Squash and Black Bean Enchiladas had me worried before I made them. They came highly recommended and didn't disappoint. They were really good! DD LOVED THEM! She's a self proclaimed vegetarian right now. I love skinnytaste.com
